Speed-to-Lead™ + Pipedrive integration lets you log all call activities, lead info, and more directly into your Pipedrive CRM.
With Pipedrive + Brightcall integration, you get:
Automation – All your leads, deals, and other contact details from Brightcall are automatically saved within the Pipedrive CRM.
Auto-assignment – After the call, the Brightcall agent who spoke with the lead is automatically set as the owner of the contact or deal in Pipedrive.
Auto-routing – If an existing Pipedrive lead requests a call via Brightcall, only the assigned owner in Pipedrive will be connected to that lead.
Call Recording Comments – After each call, a note containing the call recording and call summary is attached to the corresponding contact/deal in Pipedrive.
Custom Fields Support – All custom fields filled in by prospects during the call or form submission are stored in the appropriate fields within Pipedrive.
Lead Search and Creation – After each call, Brightcall will search for an existing contact using phone number or email.
If found, the record will be updated.
If not found, a new lead/contact will be created automatically.
How to set up?
To integrate Brightcall with your Pipedrive CRM, you'll need to provide an API token and allow access for our Support Team to finalize the integration. Follow these steps 👇
1. Go to your Pipedrive dashboard and click on your profile icon at the top right.
2. Select "Personal Preferences" > "API".
3. Copy your personal API token displayed on the page.
4. Share the token with our team by sending it to: [email protected]
Once we receive your API token, our integration team will set it up and notify you within 1–2 business days.
