Set up Speed To Lead™ + Pixxi CRM integration

Speed To Lead™ + Pixxi CRM integration lets you to log all call activities, lead info and more into the Pixxi CRM.

With Pixxi CRM + Brightcall Speed To Lead™ integration, you get:

  • Automation - Your leads, deals, inquiries and other objects from Brightcall are saved automatically within the Pixxi.

  • Auto-Assignment - after the call via Brightcall, the agent who talked with the lead is automatically assigned as a Contact/Lead Owner in Pixxi.

  • Auto-Routing - In case, an existing lead in Pixxi decides to request a call via Brightcall, then only the Contact/Lead Owner defined in Pixxi will get connected with a lead.

  • Call Recording Comments -In both cases, a comment containing the call recording will be added to the lead.

  • Custom Fields - All of your custom fields filled by prospects are saved in the Pixxi.

  • Lead Search and Creation - After a call, the integration will search for an existing lead/contact based on the phone number or email.

    • If a matching lead is found, it will be updated.

    • If no matching lead is found, a new lead will be created automatically.

How to Set Up the Integration?

The integration flow requires:

Follow the steps below:

1. Generate Your Keys in Brightcall

  1. Log in to your Brightcall dashboard.

  2. Create a widget from the Widgets section.

  3. Copy the following:

    • Widget API Key

    • Widget Key

These will be used inside Pixxi to authenticate the integration.

2. Configure Brightcall Inside Pixxi

  1. Log in to your Pixxi CRM account.

  2. Go to Admin → Integrations → Brightcall.

  3. Paste the API Key and Widget Key you copied from Brightcall.

  4. Copy the Webhook URL generated on the same page.

3. Add the Webhook URL in Brightcall

  1. Return to the Brightcall dashboard.

  2. Open the widget you created.

  3. Paste the Webhook URL in Integrations tab on the API URL field.

  4. Save the configuration.

Once the above steps are completed, the integration becomes active immediately.
