Account level
Select Holidays and IP Settings from the left side menu.
Enter the number you would like to block, then click on “Add” and “Save.”
Note:
The phone number should be entered without the “+” sign.
You can also block numbers by pattern. For example, if you want to block all calls from Qatar, enter the pattern ^974 — this will block all numbers starting with 974 (the country code for Qatar), and those calls will not be triggered.
You can also block specific IP addresses or entire countries (using their 2-letter country code). The widget will not be displayed for users from the blocked IPs or countries.
Widget level
Open the specific Widget.
Go to the “Main” tab.
Scroll down to find the options to Allowlist / Blocklist URLs, IPs, Countries, and blocklist Phone Numbers.
Enter the URL / Phone Number / IP / 2-letter Country Code in its respective field.
Click “Add”, then “Save.”
Enter the url/phone number/IP/2-letter country code ->"add" -> "Save"
