How to Integrate the AI Agent with the S2L Widget

You can connect the AI Agent with your S2L Widget to ensure calls are answered automatically when agents are unavailable, improving responsiveness and customer experience.

1. Set up your AI Agent project

Before starting the integration, ensure that your AI Agent is already configured and ready to handle calls. This includes setting up the entire project with the correct scripts, instructions, and logic flows. The integration with the S2L Widget depends on having a complete and functional AI Agent project in place.

2. Connect the AI Agent to your S2L Widget

To link your AI Agent with an existing S2L Widget, follow the steps below:


1. Go to Speed To Lead > Widgets, then select the widget you want to connect the AI Agent to.

2. Navigate to the Integrations tab.

3. Scroll down to the Dialer Project / AI Agent Integrations section at the bottom of the page.


4. Under the text:
“Select an AI project to backup a call group. The AI agent will take the call if no agent takes the call”, choose the AI Agent project you previously created from the dropdown list.

3. Save your changes

Scroll down and click on Save to apply the integration settings.

This connects your widget to the AI Agent, allowing it to automatically take over if no human agent picks up the call.
