Common Causes
Browser cache or cookies interfering with page loading
Extensions or third-party plugins blocking scripts
Network instability or temporary server issues
Quick Fixes
1. Clear Browser Cache
Sometimes cached data can prevent the dashboard from loading correctly.
In Chrome:
Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data
Select “Cached images and files” and “Cookies and other site data”
Click Clear data and refresh the dashboard
2. Open in Incognito / Private Mode
Using a private window can help bypass cached data and disable extensions.
In Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + N (Mac)
Log in to Brightcall and check if the dashboard loads successfully
3. Check Internet Connection
A weak or unstable connection can cause loading issues.
Try switching networks (e.g., from Wi-Fi to mobile hotspot or vice versa)
Ensure you have a stable internet connection before retrying
4. Check for Browser Extensions
Some ad blockers or privacy tools may interfere with the dashboard.
Temporarily disable extensions and reload the dashboard
If it loads correctly, re-enable extensions one by one to identify the cause
