Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) helps protect your account by requiring a second verification step in addition to your password.
This reduces the risk of unauthorized access even if your password is compromised.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to your Brightcall account.
Go to Account Settings from your dashboard.
Open the Security tab.
Enable the Activate 2FA option.
Choose your preferred method to activate 2FA using an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
Scan the QR code or manually enter the setup code into your authenticator app.
Enter the verification code generated by the app to complete the setup.
Click check code and save security settings.
