You can review all “Not Started” calls to identify why a call was not initiated successfully. Common reasons may include a disabled widget, negative account balance, invalid phone numbers, or other configuration-related issues.
The Not Started Calls section can be accessed from the notification bell icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard, as shown in the screenshot below.
You can also filter calls by a specific time interval or blocking reason to quickly review and investigate related issues.
