How to Create Customized Automated Reports

Create and schedule tailored reports based on your preferred metrics and filters

Instead of manually generating call reports from the dashboard each time, you can now create customized automated reports that are delivered automatically based on your preferred schedule and filters.

Automated reports help your team save time, stay updated on performance, and consistently track important call metrics without manual work.

How Automated Reports Work

  • Reports are sent automatically based on your selected schedule

  • Each report can be configured separately for different products and recipients

  • Reports are delivered to the primary email, with optional CC recipients

  • Reports are sent according to your selected timezone and delivery time

  • You can create multiple reports for different products or schedules

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Brightcall account.

  2. Go to Account Settings from your dashboard.

  3. Open the Automated Reports tab.

  4. Select the product you want to create a report for:
    Dialer · AI Agent · Speed to Lead

  5. Click Add Report.

  6. Fill in the required fields using the dropdown menus:
    Report Scope · Frequency · Format · Delivery Time

  7. Enter the Primary Email address for report delivery.

  8. Click Save.
