How to Report a Call Issue to Support

Step-by-step guide to help our team quickly identify and resolve call-related issues

If you experience any issue related to a call (missed call, failed connection, wrong status, unexpected behavior, or quality issues), you can easily report it to our support team.

Providing complete details such as the Call ID, time of the call, and a clear issue description helps us investigate faster and resolve the problem more efficiently.

Where to Find the Call ID

  1. Speed To Lead Call ID

    • Go to Speed To Lead

    • Open the Calls section

    • Click on the serial number

    • You will find the Call Details and the Call ID there.

  2. Dialer & AI Agent Call ID

    • Go to Dialer & AI Agent

    • Go to Statistics β†’ Calls

    • In the Call Info column, you will find the Call ID
