To get started, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to Brightcall Dashboard
The first step is to log into the Brightcall Dashboard using the credentials provided by Support. Once you’re in, you can create your widget by choosing the design and customization options that fit your website's style and branding. Or you can choose the predefined widget prepared by the Support team just for you.
2. Copy the widget code
In the side panel, head to the Widgets tab. That’s where you’ll find all the widgets created for your account. Select the widget you want to install, then in the Main tab, copy the code that is generated for you by clicking ‘Copy HTML Site Code’.
3. Add the widget code to your website
Next, you'll need to add the widget code to your website. The easiest way to do this is to paste the code into the HTML of your website's footer, just before the closing </body>
tag. This will ensure that the widget is loaded last, after all the other content on your website has been loaded. Please, do not paste the code inside an <iframe>.
If you're not comfortable editing your website's HTML, you can also use a website builder or CMS that allows you to add custom code to your website. More instructions on how add Brightcall code onto your CMS can be found here: Wordpress, Webflow and Wix.
4. Start capturing leads and engaging with your visitors 🎉
That's it! Your Brightcall widget is now live on your website, and you can start capturing leads and engaging with your visitors in real time. You can track your leads and conversations in your Brightcall dashboard, and use the insights you gain to improve your website's performance and customer experience.
