A simple guide on how to integrate Salesforce CRM with the Brightcall Dialer

Brightcall Dialer + Salesforce integration lets you to log all call activities, lead info and more into the Salesforce CRM.

With Salesforce + Brightcall Dialer integration, you get:

  • Automation - Your leads are created/updated automatically within the Salesforce CRM.

  • Call logs - After the call via Brightcall, a call log is created, including Call Recording, Outcome Tag, and Agent's Comment.

  • Auto-assignment - After the call via Brightcall, the agent who talked with the lead is automatically assigned as a Contact owner in Salesforce.

  • Custom fields - All of your custom fields filled in by the agents within the Dialer after the call are saved and mapped in Salesforce according to the provided requirements.

How to set up ?

In order to set up integration with Salesforce CRM you can click here ↗. Once you clicked you'll be redirected to a page where you'll need to authorize into your Salesforce account. Once completed, the integration will be established.
