In case the lead is created, but no call is added to Convolo Dashboard:
1. Check if the lead has a valid phone number along with the country code.
2. Check that Convolo has access to the leads. If not, regain access by following the steps here.
3. Create a test lead for the form.
4. Create a test lead for another form for the same page
After the test, please send to the [email protected] all test lead to delete it from your dashboard.
