Speed-to-Lead™ + Bitrix24 integration lets you to log all call activities, lead info and more into the Bitrix24 CRM.
With Bitrix24 + Brightcall integration you get:
Automation - Your leads, deals, inquiries and other objects from Brightcall are saved automatically within the Bitrix24 CRM.
Auto-assignment - after the call via Brightcall, the agent who talked with the lead is automatically assigned as a Contact/Lead Owner in Bitrix24.
Auto-routing - In case, an existing lead in Bitrix24 decides to request a call via Brightcall, then only the Contact/Lead Owner defined in Bitrix24 will get connected with a lead.
Call Recording Comments - In both cases, a comment containing the call recording will be added to the lead.
Custom fields - All of your custom fields filled by prospects are saved in the Copper.
Lead Search and Creation - After a call, the integration will search for an existing lead/contact based on the phone number or email.
If a matching lead is found, it will be updated.
If no matching lead is found, a new lead will be created automatically.
How to set up ?
In order to set up integration with Bitrix24 CRM you will need to provide an API key with our Support Team, so they would be to set up an integration for your account. Please follow the steps below 👇
1. Click on “Developers resources” on the left handside:
2. Click on “Third-party system integration”:
3. Click the “Synchronize customers“ :
4. Uncheck “Outbound webhook” and make sure that “CRM” and “Users” added in the “Assign permissions” section.
5. Copy the URL under “Webhook to call REST API”.
6. Click “Save”:

Once all the steps are successfully completed, our Team will confirm back the integration status to you. Normally it takes 1-2 working day(s).
