Voicemail Drop allows your agents to quickly leave a pre-recorded voicemail message when they end up on voicemail box during an unaswered outbound call.

Convolo Multi-Line Dialer allows you to set up different voicemail drops for each agent as well, making it more personalized.

On average, Voicemail Drop cuts about a minute from each call. This means less time waiting leaving voicemails manually. If you make around 60 outbound calls a day that end up on voicemail box, you save an hour daily. This boosts productivity and maximizes your outreach efforts.

Setting up a pre-recorded voicemail message

To add a pre-recorded voicemail message to one of your agents' Dialers, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Convolo Dashboard -> Multi-Line Dialer -> Agents. Then click on one of the agents to open the agent's settings page:

  2. Then, scroll down to "Voicemail file" section. You can either choose to "Upload" or "Record" the voicemail message.

    1. Upload: you will need to choose a .mp3 file on your device containing the pre-recorded audio message to be added as voicemail.

    2. Record: you will be able to record the voicemail message directly on the Dashboard.

Don't forget to save your changes!

Using the Voicemail Drop feature on the Dialer

After you have successfully set up the pre-recorded message on Convolo Dashboard, you can already start using the voicemail drop feature in Convolo Multi-Line Dialer.

To do it, follow the steps below.

  1. Start an outbound call.

  2. Once you notice that it's an unanswered call, wait for the beep and hit the voicemail drop button:

After clicking on the button, Convolo Multi-Line Dialer will leave the pre-recorded voicemail message on the lead's voicemail box.

The recording of the call will be available on the Dashboard with the sent voicemail (Convolo Multi-Line Dialer -> Statistics -> "Calls" page).
