A simple guide on how to integrate Odoo CRM with Brightcall Dialer

Brightcall Dialer + Odoo CRM integration lets you to log all call activities, lead info and more into the Odoo CRM.

With Odoo CRM + Brightcall Dialer integration, you get:

  • Automation - Your leads are created/updated automatically within the Odoo CRM.

  • Call logs - After the call via Brightcall, a call log is created including Call Recording, Outcome Tag, and Agent's Comment.

  • Auto-assignment - After the call via Brightcall, the agent who talked with the lead can be automatically assigned as a Contact owner in Odoo.

  • Custom fields - All of your custom fields filled in by the agents within the Dialer after the call are saved and mapped in Odoo according to the provided requirements.

How to set up ?

Before you can integrate Odoo with Brightcall, you will need to gather four key pieces of information (all detailed instructions are available in Odoo developer Doc):

1. Server URL – This is the URL of your Odoo server.

2. Database Name – The specific Odoo database you want to connect to.

3. User Name – The username or email associated with your Odoo account.

4. API Key – An API key from Odoo that grants secure access to your data.
