Speed To Lead™ + Odoo CRM integration lets you to log all call activities, lead info and more into the Odoo CRM.
With Odoo CRM + Brightcall Dialer integration, you get:
Automation - Your leads, deals, inquiries and other objects from Brightcall are saved automatically within the Odoo.
Auto-assignment - after the call via Brightcall, the agent who talked with the lead is automatically assigned as a Contact/Lead Owner in Odoo.
Auto-routing - In case, an existing lead in Odoo decides to request a call via Brightcall, then only the Contact/Lead Owner defined in Copper will get connected with a lead.
Call Recording Comments - In both cases, a comment containing the call recording will be added to the lead.
Custom fields - All of your custom fields filled by prospects are saved in the Odoo.
Lead Search and Creation - After a call, the integration will search for an existing lead/contact based on the phone number or email.
If a matching lead is found, it will be updated.
If no matching lead is found, a new lead will be created automatically.
How to set up ?
Before you can integrate Odoo with Brightcall, you will need to gather four key pieces of information (all detailed instructions are available in Odoo developer Doc):
1. Server URL – This is the URL of your Odoo server.
2. Database Name – The specific Odoo database you want to connect to.
3. User Name – The username or email associated with your Odoo account.
4. API Key – An API key from Odoo that grants secure access to your data.
