1. Sign in to the Web App
Use your Dialer Key to log in to the web application
2. Setup initial country
Click on the "Settings" icon.
Navigate to App Settings.
Choose the Initial Country
Click on the flag / human icon to activate the country flag
Once this is set, you can enter numbers without the country code, and the app will automatically apply the selected initial country.
Additionally, you can also select a country from the dropdown menu if needed.
3. Initiate a Call
Enter the lead's contact number and click the "Call" button to start the call.
4. View Contact Details
During the call, users can view the lead's contact details and add comments.
5. Save Call Tags
After the call, users can select a tag. This tag will be saved and reflected on the dashboard.
Choose Device for Calls
1. Selecting the device.
Users can choose between the Webphone or Mobile Phone options for making calls.
The users can either choose Webphone or mobile phone.
a. Webphone:
Calls will be conducted directly within the web app.
b. Mobile Phone:
When an agent enters the lead's number, the call first connects to the agent's mobile phone.
Once the agent answers, the call will then connect to the lead's number.
Using Auto-Dialing
1. Select a Project
Choose the project where the agent is assigned.
2. Start Auto-Dialing
After selecting the project, click the Play button to begin auto-dialing contacts.
3. Stop Auto-Dialing
Click the Stop button to end auto-dialing.
View Your Calls and Statistics
1. Access Call Statistics
Users can view their call statistics and details via the dashboard.
Navigate to Settings Icon -> Statistics -> Call to see your own data.
Getting Started with the Brightcall Mobile App
1. Install the App
Download and install the Brightcall App from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).
2. Sign In
Use your email address and Dialer Key as the password to log in.
3. Start Calling
Tap on the Keypad icon to begin making calls.
Enter the lead's phone number in the designated field and press the Call button.
4. View Your Calls
Navigate to Left menu -> Calls Dialer to view your call history.
