Remove contact from a project via Zapier

The Brightcall.ai App will let you instantly remove contacts from your Dialer project(s).

Here is what do you need to start using the app:

  • Zapier account

  • Brightcall.ai Dialer Account


Steps to Remove a Contact from a Project

  1. In Zapier, choose "Remove Contact" from the available actions.
    ​

  2. Select the specific project you want to remove the contact from.

  3. Enter the criteria to search for the contact you want to delete. This can be an email, name, phone number, or any information added to a project. Ensure the search term accurately identifies the contact, as the matching record(s) will be permanently deleted.

Important: During testing phase, any contacts matching your search criteria will be permanently removed from the project. MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE-CHECK your search parameters before proceeding.
