What is this?
Connect a Zoho calendar making it possible for the AI Agent to check for available time slots in the calendar you connect and then book meetings directly into that calendar.
Setup Instructions
1. Log in to Zoho
Ensure you are logged into your Zoho account.
2. Navigate to the Integrations Page
Go to app.brightcall.ai/pages/integrations/dialer in the application.
3. Authorize Zoho
- Find the Zoho section and click "Auth". Grant the necessary permissions when prompted.
4. Link Zoho to Your Project
Return to your project.
Click "link to Integration".
5. Fill Required Fields
You will see fields such as serviceId , staffId , etc.
Fill in all the required information in the project.
6. Complete the Setup
Click "Next" to finalize the integration.
