How to Create a Team

In this article, we will explain how to create a team inside your Brightcall workspace and how to give a specific user access to their team’s statistics. This allows that user to view calls and performance metrics for the agents assigned to their team.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Make sure the user has access to their team

Before creating the team, make sure the user is allowed to view their team’s statistics.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Dialer & AI Agent section.

  2. Click on Agents.

  3. Select the agent (user).

  4. Under Statistics Access, choose:

    Access to Team's statistics.

2. How to Create a Team

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Dialer & AI Agent section.

  2. Click on Teams.

  3. Click Add a Team.

4. Enter a Team Name.

5. Add the agents that this user will be responsible for.

6. Make sure to also add the user themselves along with their agents.

7. Click on Save.
