How to Use Custom Fields in Power Dialer Projects

Learn how to add and use custom fields in Power Dialer projects for capturing lead data during calls.

Custom Fields allow agents to collect specific lead information directly during calls in the Power Dialer. You can create fields such as notes, budget, or any custom data, which will appear to the agent within the app during the call for easy input.

All captured data is automatically saved after the call and made available on the dashboard for easy tracking, reporting, and management.

Steps to Add and Use Custom Fields

  1. Navigate to Dialer & AI Agent and go to Projects.

  2. Select the project where you want to add Custom Fields.
    - The project should have type "Power Dialer", "General", or "Synced".

3. Open the Project Settings.

4. Under General Settings, locate the Custom Fields section.

5. Enter the field name you want and press Enter (you can add multiple fields).

5. Scroll down and click Save.

6. The created fields will now appear to agents in the dialer during calls, where they can fill them in, and the entered data will be reflected on the dashboard under the call details after the call ends.
