Brightcall Dialer + HubSpot integration lets you to log all call activities, lead info and more into the HubSpot CRM. With HubSpot + Brightcall Dialer integration, you get:
Automation - Your leads are created/updated automatically within the HubSpot CRM.
Embedded Dialer - Make and receive calls directly from HubSpot contact records with a single click, using Brightcall’s seamless in-app dialer.
Call logs - After the call via Brightcall, a call log is created, including Call Recording, Outcome Tag, and Agent's Comment.
Auto-assignment - After the call via Brightcall, the agent who talked with the lead is automatically assigned as a Contact owner in HubSpot.
Custom fields - All of your custom fields filled in by the agents within the Dialer after the call are saved and mapped in HubSpot according to the provided requirements.
Integration Setup Process
Step 1: Initial Integration
In order to set up integration with HubSpot CRM you can click here ↗️. Once you clicked you will be redirected to a page where you will need to authorize into you HubSpot account.

Step 2: How to Set Up Brightcall Dialer in HubSpot
Follow these simple steps to integrate Brightcall Dialer with your HubSpot account:
Navigate to your HubSpot dashboard and locate the "Call" button at the top of your contact.
Click the "Call" button and select "Change provider" from the dropdown menu to access calling options.
From the available providers, select "Brightcall Dialer" as your preferred calling solution.
After selecting Brightcall Dialer, close the provider selection window.
Click the "Call" button again to initiate the setup process.
Follow the steps as on the screenshot and click on Login to "Brigthcall Dialer and call"
Enter your unique Brightcall dialer key when prompted to complete the integration.
Once configured, you can start making calls directly from your HubSpot interface using Brightcall Dialer. Dialer can be found by the admin in the Brightcall Dashboard here (under Dialer key column).
