A simple guide on how to integrate HubSpot CRM with the Brightcall Dialer

Brightcall Dialer + HubSpot integration lets you to log all call activities, lead info and more into the HubSpot CRM.

With HubSpot + Brightcall Dialer integration, you get:

  • Automation - Your leads are created/updated automatically within the HubSpot CRM.

  • Call logs - After the call via Brightcall, a call log is created, including Call Recording, Outcome Tag, and Agent's Comment.

  • Auto-assignment - After the call via Brightcall, the agent who talked with the lead is automatically assigned as a Contact owner in HubSpot.

  • Custom fields - All of your custom fields filled in by the agents within the Dialer after the call are saved and mapped in HubSpot according to the provided requirements.
