How to report calls directly from the Dialer app ?
Now you can easily report the calls you faced an issue with directly from the result screen.
As soon as you’ve finished the call, you can click on a read checkbox “Report a problem with the call” and enter a short explanation on what happened on that call. Once you click “Send”, the support ticket will be created automatically in our system.
How to report calls from the Brightcall Dashboard ?
In order to report calls that are already completed, you just need to head over to the Calls↗️ page in the Dashboard. In order to view the “Calls” page as an Agent, click on the clock icon in your Dialer → “Show All History”.
Once you’re redirected to another page, find a call that you would like to report and copy the ID of that call and send it to [email protected] with a short explanation.
