With this setting you can control how many calls are made simultaneously on a project.

Note that it is recommended to start slow and then scale up the number of calls made per day when you launch a new project and then scale up step by step as you confirm that all is working as needed.

1. Open Project / Settings / AI Agent Settings

2. Scroll down to the field
​Number of lines (simultaneous calls) used for this AI Agent (Put 0 to maximize lines)

3. Change the number of lines to decrease / increase the number of calls made on the project.

​If you use 10 lines you, approximately 1000 calls per hour will be made on the project, but the actual number will vary depending on the answer rate for your list and the length of the conversations/script.
