Step-by-Step Guide: How to Enable Email Notifications for AI Agent Calls in Brightcall
Step 1: Open Your Brightcall Dashboard
Log in to your Brightcall account.
Navigate to the Dialer & AI Agent section.
Click on Projects.
Select the project where you want to configure email notifications.
Step 2: Enable Notifications
Open Project Settings for your selected project.
Navigate to the Actions tab.
Scroll down and toggle on Enable Notifications.
Step 3: Fill in the Required Fields
Recipients: Enter the email addresses where you want the notifications to be sent.
Result Type: Choose the specific call result(s) that will trigger the email notification (for example, you can send emails only for positive results and handle others later).
Subject & Message: Write the email subject and the message content you want to include.
You can use contact fields as variables in the email message text, such as {{Full name}} shown in the screenshot. Please ensure that the variable names exactly match the contact field names.
Step 4: Save Your Settings
Scroll down and click the Save button to apply your changes.
